📜 Legal Compliance
All bookings made through SideTourBook and operated by Yoyo Tours are subject to the laws and regulations of the Turkish Travel Agencies Law No. 1618 and the Consumer Protection Act Law No. 4077.
🧭 Booking and Tour Information
We offer a wide range of excursions and activities to suit every traveler’s interest. Each tour is clearly described on our website. Please read all tour details carefully before booking.
While we strive to deliver each excursion exactly as described, certain circumstances (such as weather or operational challenges) may require adjustments or, in rare cases, complete cancellations.

If we cancel the trip:
You will receive a full refund for any payments made. -
If you cancel the trip:

More than 3 days before the scheduled date: Full refund.

1 to 3 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund.

On the day of the excursion: Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.

As an alternative to cancellation, we can offer:

(Subject to availability and must be arranged at least 2 days before the excursion date.)
💳 Payments
Excursionside.com does not process online payments or sell any services directly. Our platform promotes holiday services of reputable travel agencies based in Turkey’s resorts.
If a payment is made in advance, it is handled by the licensed agency operating the tour.
💼 Insurance & Responsibility
All tours are covered by travel insurance provided by the relevant licensed agency. In case of any disputes or incidents during the tour, the insurance policy of the organizing agency will apply.
Please note: Excursionside.com is not liable for any incidents or disputes during your trip or related to insurance coverage.
💱 Currency & Payment Terms
While bookings can be made in Turkish Lira (TRY), we recommend using EUR, USD, or GBP, especially for long-term bookings, due to fluctuations in exchange rates. We may request payment in a foreign currency on the day of your excursion.

⚖️ Jurisdiction
Any disputes or claims that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be governed by the laws of the country in which the activity took place. By booking with us, you agree to submit any disputes to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
